These ethereal micro-thin yet durable porcelain wares are designed to celebrate the beauty of sweets. Weight (30% less in comparison to our other porcelain wares) and thickness have been reduced to the absolute minimum to compliment your favorite pastry and drink. Shapes are inspired by Japanese tableware for artful mixing.
is crafted with our original clay 'CeCera', a blend of Amakusa (Kumamoto Prefecture) stone clay and New Zealand kaolin clay, to produce pure white porcelain wares to celebrate the beauty of pastry.
Our production and design departments collaborated to formulate the state-of-the-art machine production for . From model mold to prototype, manufacturing methods were studied and tested for each design to reduce density to the absolute possible minimum; forms were re-designed and refined time and again to best produce the intricate, organic 3D forms and fine-lined profiles.
Our corporate headquarter is located in Touno, Gifu Prefecture famed for the roots of Shino and Oribe wares, a region endowed with a rich history and tradition of porcelain and ceramic production since Azuchi-Momoyama period (circa 1573 to 1600). While we take pride in the regional history, we consistently strive to produce wares that harmonize with the times.
